'Best Bible teaching' flies into Shincheonji Church, Highest enrollment rate ever

5-fold increase on 2018... student enrollment at 30,000, 15,000 registered on the waiting list / About 500 people have registered monthly in Thaddeus tribe’s Daegu·Gyeongbuk region with 6,500 currently on the waiting list

This year, the number of Bible study students who registered at Shincheonji Church of Jesus, The Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony (Chairman Man Hee Lee, hereafter referred to as 'Shincheonji Church') reached a record high.

According to 'May 2019 Zion Christian Mission Center Registration Report’ published by Shincheonji Church in early June, the number of students enrolled at the Zion Christian Mission Center up to the present (late May) reached about 30,000 with 150,000 registered on the waiting list.

In the case of Shincheonji Church's Thaddeus tribe in Daegu·Gyeongbuk region, the number of students enrolled at Zion Christian Mission Center was 2,300 and 6,500 on the waiting list. Such interest in this Bible study is a breakthrough considering that the Yeongnam area has a Christian population of less than 10%.

Shincheonji Church is teaching the Bible for free through its Zion Christian Mission Center. The six-month curriculum is not short, yet the increase in students is more than 5 times greater than last year, which shows a definitive contrast to the existing churches whose church members are decreasing.

The average monthly enrollment at Zion Christian Mission Center of Thaddeus tribe located in Daegu, Pohang, Gumi, Gyeongju and Andong is more than 500.
In addition, from early May this year, people who have difficulty taking the class can take online classes and video lectures for small groups, which is attracting great attention from lapsed Christians.
